VPN disconnecting blocking internet

I have contacted AVG regarding this issue. The case number was 12310581. The AVG VPN keeps disconnecting blocking the internet. I contacted my ISP and they tell me everything is good on their side and with my equipment. They suggested that I shut down my VPN for a while and see if my problem continues, which I did and then with it shut down I had NO problems with the internet shutting down. But as soon as I turned it back on then the problems started. I am very unhappy with AVG. I thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

Also, let us know if it is possible for you to connect to internet through mobile hotspot & check the Secure VPN connectivity.

I guess I am going to need to know where I go to remove my credit information? I doubt very much if I will renew, since they can't seem to fix this.
