Does the VPN reconnects or completely disconnects? 
Do you get any error message?

Hi All, I raised a support ticked and it was closed without me testing the solution.

The solution didn't work. What's the answer, move to NORD VPN?

I've bought AVG products for year upon year and never had to use AVG support. 

The one time that I do need it I get shoddy service.
