Frequently Disconnects, WiFi connection is maintained but VPD 'Drops Out'. Troubleshooting run and error message 000010 appears.
Tried reporting it with no joy so asking the community
The Screen shot wont show you anything really, it just keeps disconnecting and the message pops up ‘VPN is disconnected and will try to reconnect’
In this case, we'd suggest you to take advantage of our free remote assistance to investigate further on this, by following the steps in the email that has been sent to you.

Sandra, did you set AVG Secure VPN to turn on automatically when connected to internet?
If you did, please make sure you did not select "Exclude trusted networks".
Open AVG Secure VPN, click Menu -> Settings.
On the left pane, select 'Network Security' and make sure:
"Automatically turn on VPN when connected to internet" is ticked.
"Exclude Trusted networks" is unticked.
Restart your PC and verify the issue. If the issue persists, please reinstall the software once.
