VPN disconnecting

Hi Alok
The message I receive is "VPN is disconnected. Your computer is at risk". The message doesn't stay long enough for me to ge a picture. The VPN starts ok and stayes on for various time frames before it cuts out. Im talking about 1 to 2 hours. Hope this is sufficient for you.

I understand the inconvenience caused. However, I can see that we have already processed a refund for your AVG Secure VPN order, as you requested for a refund earlier on 27/2/2018. Which is why you're experiencing issues with AVG secure VPN on your Mac computer.

I regret to hear about this. May I know the exact error message if you are receiving any when you try to turn the VPN on? Please also provide us with a screenshot ( https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201361 ) of your issue to proceed further. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Thanks for your speedy reply Alok. The refund referred to is for a windows download that came to my Mac for which I was charged. I have also purchased and downloaded the Mac version which is disconnecting. Thanks Phil

Phil, are you getting this message in AVG Internet Security Interface or a popup notification appears in the system tray?
