VPN disconnects from wifi then wifif disconnects from VPN cycle

Everything has been removed and reinstalled as stated in my original comment. No issues with desktop. Laptop WiFi works until VPN is connected then loses connection until VPN is disconnected. 
Everything is upto date. Issue still exists when all other devices are switched off. If that's the best idea fom the 'next level of support' I'm slightly concerned. In case they suggest it next I have turned my laptop off then restarted it!
I have both anti virus and VPN for multiple devices. The VPN once connected causes my laptop to disconnect from wifi, once wifi is switched on it then loses connection with VPN! Getting one of two error messages the first saying i already have a device connected to VPN and my licence does not allow, or i get a message saying my VPN doesnot have a valid IP address. Got no issues with PC running these programmes just the laptop. I have run AVG clear etc and reinstalled everything to no avail! Any ideas please? Thanks in advance...

Please share us the screenshot of the error message to examine further.

Have you tried reinstalling the program?

That's unfortunate the issue persists.

Please follow the steps from the email and send us the log files. We will analyse the logs and soon contact you via email with a solution.

If the AVG Secure VPN is connected in the other devices. Please turn it off and check for the status in the Laptop.

Check whether all the drivers are up to date.
