Vpn doesn't connect on windows

So I've followed all the advice and your engineers were trying to repair it remotely. Senior staff could't find a solution and later your staff advised to reinstal windows, which unfortunaetly didn't help. What a waste of my time. I am really sorry but I would prefer to get my money back as it obviously shows it's not me but your product, I'm relating to problems of many people.

Could you confirm whether you reinstalled AVG Secure VPN and checked the status?

I've started a different thread but after getting response to uninstall and reinstall I couldn't forward another message that it didn't help. As well in previous post my first name was used where I didn't provide it on this profile or in the message, don't make that mistake again. I'm writing from UK.

We're unable to locate to find the troubleshooting steps provided in the previous post as it is removed. Would you be so kind to clarify whether you're suggested to check the 'Exclude trusted networks' setting in Network security of AVG Secure VPN settings?

Exclude Trusted networks is a setting available in AVG Secure VPN to make sure the app launches and connects to internet automatically upon every restart.
Open AVG Secure VPN, click Settings (Gear icon), select 'Network Security' and check if 'Exclude trusted networks' is enabled or disabled.

it's switched on, so I've tried the other way with no results. It seizes all internet connection, on explorer it stops at estabilishing internet connection or something alike.
