VPN doesn't connect

Initially, please let us know the operating system of the device in which you're experiencing this issue & clarify whether this happens with a specific network or irrespective of networks.
If you've not tried connecting to different networks, please try & let us know (such as wired, mobile hotspot etc).
Also, let us know what happens exactly while attempting to connect through Secure VPN. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity. Meanwhile, please try restarting your device once & check if it helps.

VPN doesn't connect to server therefor my internet doesn't work. Even when I switch to another server. It doesn't work.I've got this license for some time but I can't get it working. I'm getting deperate. 
Does anybody know how for God's sake I can egt it working?

Did you receive my last update? I wrote a long reply
