Vpn dosn't works on my pc

since 04/02/2021 I have extended my subscription with the AVG ultimate subscription, including the AVG VPN secure.
on my mobile this vpn works perfectly, only on my pc I keep getting the message that my license has expired so that I cannot use this paying support.
