Mahmood,

Thank you for the confirmation. You can turn off the popup notification from AVG  Internet Security > Menu > Settings > General > popup > Uncheck "show popup offers for other AVG Products" and restart the PC to check the status.

If the issue persists, please provide the screenshot of the popup message to assist further.
