I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with AVG Secure VPN. In this case, I request you to press Windows Logo+R: Run dialog box and type services.msc , look for AVG Secure VPN services, select it and start/restart it's services. After that please check if your AVG Secure VPN is working fine. If the issue still persists, then share a screenshot of the error message to assist you further. VPN for windows say "VPN connection could not be established". Previously it has worked flawlessly.
