I paid a 2 year subscription for VPN on 24th February 2018 and yet it is no longer connected. When I click on connect I am told I have to pay! I have been disconnected for a few months now. What can I do?

But we could not find any prior records of you contacting our customer care for help regarding this. You might have not activated AVG Secure VPN application. Please make sure it is activated as per the instructions in this link.
