VPN How to change "location"?

Hello!  I have VPN installed on two computers. I thought I'd be 'smart' and put a different location cross country on the second computer. Well…now that I did that, streaming a movie from a well known website tells me they "…don't support your current location".  I've had to close VPN in order to play the movie…because the link that says on the VPN window "change location", does not hyperlink to let me do that.  How can I change the location? Thank you!

I do understand the inconvenience this may have caused. Are you unable to click on 'Change location' even when you turned off Secure VPN?

If yes, please try to uninstall and re install the application. Click on this link http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-uninstall-AVG for instructions on how to uninstall AVG Secure VPN.

Then re install it from the AVG Zen interface.

  1. Click the Secure VPN tile to install the program.
  2. Click Try it free to start 30-day trial. If you already bought a subscription for AVG Secure VPN and you are logged to your AVG MyAccount in AVG management console, your license is detected at this point.
  3. Click Yes to confirm installation. Restart your PC, if asked.
  4. Click the OFF slider so that it changes to ON. Secure VPN drivers are installed.
