VPN installed fine on one of our Laptops. With the other one VPN install just kept looping for over 48 hours. Different messages came up with "This may take a few minutes" and "we are working on it" etc.
Finally, after that long, we did a force shutdown. When trying to turn the laptop on again there was a message that disappeared before we got it all but it was about some system 32 issue and we cannot log onto that computer. Has anyone else had an issue with a system 32 problem? System 32 is critical so I hope the VPN didn't do serious damage to the whole system in that laptop.

After the force shut down to stop the continuous looping, for over 48 HOURS, the computer screen is blank. A messgae did come up something about system 32 issue but the message disappeared before we saw just what it was. I hope the VPN did not cause serious irepairable issues on our other laptop
