i have this since a few days 14.5 i think - i am using the product since a few years and never had a problem - no extra device has been installated

firewall has been configurated to accept vpn and all is working normally when vpn is disconnected

i removed the vpn application and relad it, it change from sources but still not working
please let know what to do because it has no sense to buy for a product that you cannot use

Please open AVG Secure VPN program window.
Click on "gear" icon to open settings.
Click on "Network Security" and check whether the box that says "Exclude Trusted private network" is selected.
If yes, uncheck it and then restart your PC. Your AVG Secure VPN has to be turned on.
