VPN is not allowing outbound mail

I have a POP3/SMTP mail with Spectrum (roadrunner) - the only way I can get outbound mail to turn off VPN

Is there a setting I need to change

I tried setting the SS/TLS and it came back with “Something when wrong.”


Are there any differences for 2019?
