We regret to hear that. It is strange that you are being asked to sign up for a trial on a working app. Please uninstall the app and reinstall it.
Let us know if the issue with accessing the website persists.
It gives me 2 options, Start 30 day Trial or Buy Now, why? as my subscription is active until January 12, 2020, why isn't it active as I have been using it for months without any problem except when I try to view anything on catch-up the site tells me that I have to be in Australia to stream, yet it is set to Melbourne Australia.
Thank you I now have reinstalled it and it's working. I have just tried to catch-up on Channel 9 and it now says "This video is restricted from playing in your current geographic region
Error Code: PLAYER_ERR_GEO_RESTRICTED" I disconnected VPN and it ran ok, I connected VPN again and tried Ch 10 and it came up with" To access Tenplay, you must reside within Australia.
If you reside in Australia but can't access content, please contact us at contactus@networkten.com.au" it seems to be only those 2 channels
