I know that there are different types of VPNs that are faster than this. Is there a way to change the VPN settings so that it runs faster? 1/4 of the speed of my regular internet is a bit shocking and I know it can run faster on an Open VPN style system or if there are protocol settings made available. Please let me know what options I have, otherwise I'm expecting a full refund.
