I have high speed internet which works fine but for the past week VPN barely works using either IE or Chrome.
Patrick, we meant to turn off VPN connection and verify the situation. This will help us to further narrow down the issue.
I have tried disconnecting VPN and reconnecting, I have tried changing locations and reconnecting, I have tried changing from IE to Chrome and back again. The connecting to websites is still slow and once I have gotten to a website the connection is uncertain (it will often disconnect itself). This has been going on for about a week. What can you do?
