Please try connecting to different servers (location) in AVG Secure VPN once & let us know if it helps.
You can also restart your computer once, if you've not restarted it earlier.
Additionally, you can try connecting to different networks such as wired, mobile hotspot to check whether the issue is with a specific network.
Is anyone else in the UK having problems with the AVG VPN? My VPN says that it shows me as working through London when browsing the internet, but it regularly loses the connection to the internet. When it loses the connectio if I sit there waiting for it to reconnect it just doesn't. If I switch the VPN off I get the internet back immediately. It wasn't always like this, just started this year. I have reported it and the latest update says that they have sorted some instability problem, but clearly not mine!!! Not a good value purchase!!!
