Vpn keeps me from internet connection

Vpn uninstalled can t find it.  On pc Windows 7.  Kindle battery dying.  Need internet asap!

Could you reinstall your AVG Secure VPN, change the server/location & check if the issue persists?
Also, try connecting your device to an alternate network (Wifi/Mobile hotspot) & check if you're able to access internet.

I can't connect to internet because vpn is off.  Uninstalled vpn but still the same.

If the issue persists after uninstalled AVG Secure VPN, please reach your internet service provider or try to connect your PC to an alternate network.

What won't work? When? What have you already done to fix the failure? What crashed? I do not understand. Maybe you will ask a question in your native language?
