Greetings, I have one and the same problem - after updating to the newest version of VPN, turning VPN on kills the internet connection. This issue happens on all of my computers and only restart is a solution. How can you publish so crappy version for paying customers please?
I'd be grateful for the information when will this issue be resolved, thanks.

Whenever I turn on the VPN, I can no longer send/receive emails or do internet searches. Sometimes I get a message saying that internet access has been disabled, with an option to enable it - which closes the AVG VPN. How can I use the VPN and still retain access? I use Firefox and Thunderbird on Windows 10.
