2 days ago I started receiving 'License Banned' error message while trying to connect the VPN.
I've contacted Cust Support on 02035 434 457 who have given my a Case number and told me to ring on 0116 366 8542 but calls don't connect and the online chat page seems to get stuck 'loading' with a spinning circle displayed.
Is there a way to find out why my VPN has been banned or if there's another way I can get help with this?
