My secure VPN license shows banned and will not work AVG support does not help. Any ideas how to fix?

I have troubles with AVG VPN in. My local TV station (Denmarks Radio) dont work along with AVG VPN (I think due to some licence and copyright) therefor I have to Disconnect it !
