Vpn loads ok but will not shutdown - disconnect hangs up forever

I use vpn but it seems my email sinc. will not always work plus other glitches.   But the real problem is turning it off to resolve my email.   I have read where changing ports in setup might work on the email issue.  It turns on quick but hangs up and shuts down my internet and I have to reboot to clear.  I have let it try to disconnect for 10 min or more just running in the taskbar.  I  think it is not made for prime time after reading other reviews!

I suggest you to uninstall AVG Secure VPN and reinstall it to check if it fixes the issue.
