It could be possible that the VPN server at London server is not allowing traffic.
Please turn off the VPN connection, click Change location and then try to connect to London server.
If the issue persists, we'd request you to uninstall AVG Secure VPN and install it again.
My VPN has reset the location from UK to France. I didn't request this. Why has it done this? Also when I try to reset it back to UK it does not respond. What do I need to do?

Thank you Avinash. This has sorted it. I had previously tried Change Location without turning the VPN off and that didn't work.
