Hi All,
Has anyone had these problems:
1. The AVG Secure VPN keeps giving the message to "Don't forget to connect" along with the option to "Don't show again" and despite me selecting "Don't show again" ALL YEAR it still pops up.
When trying to contact AVG:
2. I am not given the opportunity to have an asynchronous communication (email) rather I need to wait and am forced to have a synchronous communication (Chat/Phone).
3. When I use the Phone selection I get disconnected.
4. When I use the Chat selection I get the message that this service is not available
Can someone convince me NOT to go to a service that cares about the humans using the software because I am feeling decidedly ticked off at this time?
