VPN not able to obtain Virtual IP address

When you establish a successful connection to the VPN servers a virtual IP address will be created.
Are you not able to connect to a VPN server?

Hello,
My AVG VPN can not obtain a Virt IP address. I have reviewed the other blogs that note the same issue and attempted the suggestions, noted in the blogs, with out success.

Please advise
