Open AVG Secure VPN ☰ Menu ▸ Settings ▸ VPN protocols. 
Try changing to a different protocol and try connecting to VPN again.

I have AVG secure VPN. I am travelling in Spain from the UK. My location is set to London, but when I try to play BBC iPlayer or ITV X or C4/ more4 they all come up with the message unable to watch in your location (or similar msg)
WiFi connection is fine, signal strength fine

Hi thank you, I have tried all 3 alternative VPN protocols on each app (BBC iPlayer, ITV X and 4) I can only view itv on mimic protocol, the others I still can't view?
