With the VPN switched on I cannot open any websites using my Iphone and PC while my Ipad is unaffected.This only started 3 days ago.
I have been in contact with phone support as advised to delete and reload the VPN on my PC. I did this while on the phone with support. Now the VPN doesn't work and when trouble shooter is used it provides a different error code each time. When I gave the error codes to phone support they did not know what they meant and then they disconnected after I had made two attempts at connecting and getting the error codes.
What is the solution?
