Hello.  My VPN just hangs on reconnecting and never connects.  I've restarted my Mac and its the same problem.  How can I get it to reconnect please? Thanks

Hello.  

- I don't have a Windows PC, only a Mac

- No I haven't tried to re-install. I wanted to check with you first if there was another option.

- There are no error messages.  Just hangs on 'reconnecting.

Shall I uninstall and re-install?  Do I use the same activation code if I re-install?
