VPN not enabling automatically

vpn wont enable on start up, check box is ticked to do this. I can enable it manually, this was working when 1st installed. Currently additionally  installed on my laptop and phone. Also running AVG internet security and tune up.
any ideas please

Hello Dinesh, I had the exclude private networks box checked VPN now starting when the computer boots up. Thankyou very much
