Vpn not letting me connect to my webmail

I'm having the same issue all worked well until a week ago

been using AVG VPN now for about 12 months all going good, about a week ago I can't use my Telstra webmail keeps saying I have opened to may times woant let me in, Telstra technician found that it was 
the VPN blocking it since you may have changed something, I turn the VPN off I can connect I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling no go  I have tried turn it off turn on my Telstra mail then the VPN works until I close mail then starts again  all the same message

When you say that you tried reinstalling, are you referring to AVG Secure VPN?

We will help you to resolve it. Are you trying to access your email through browser? or Are you using any email client like Microsoft outlook or Windows live mail or Thurnder bird?

Can you please change the location in AVG Secure VPN and check for it?

I have changed my location as you asked, I use my browser Telstra email, which I have always used but still have to turn off AVG sucure VPN to get into my beowser to open it then turn  AVG sucure VPN back on why is it stopping me now when I have been using the same browser account for years and your VPN for 12 months untill recently when I cant untill I close VPN as I keep saying.
