I purchased "AVG Internet Security" together with "AVG Secure VPN Multi-device" but cannot find VPN under my products lists on my AVG Account. Want the liberty to change subscription options.

We will be glad to clarify this for you.
We are currently undergoing a major system update, which may prevent certain AVG products from appearing in your AVG MyAccount. This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation of newly purchased AVG products. The following products are not currently displayed in your AVG MyAccount:
- AVG AntiTrack
- AVG Secure VPN for Mac
- AVG Secure VPN Multi-device

AVG AntiTrack, AVG Secure VPN for Mac and AVG Secure VPN Multi-device will not be displayed under your AVG My Account -> My Products tab.
If you would like to add this products into Subscription tab, we request you to submit your feedback with our developers team.

Also, we would like to add an information that products purchased through Google Playstore won't be visible under AVG MyAccount. I have same problem… Device with installation of pro not showing on my computer on login.
Bigger problem is that since this is the case now that I don't have a pin for the anti theft and the phone is locked I cannot unlock the phone by logging into pc and simply changing the pin.
The reset on phone does not work.
So effectively the avg app has on Christmas day gifted me a useless device.
No support.
And I have work to do on the phone for company tomorrow!
