the VPN is coming straight away on all devices now but if I reboot, the Internet Security App though it says my antivirus is safe and protected it still asks me to open my Firewall to trust the VPN, is this something I am having to do everytime I reboot or is it a glitch, this has all come from a AVG update a few days ago, and it is on all devices, the daft thing is that I use AVG VPN.and is on all four.

i have trusted it but it still wants veryfing next time, but why isn't there a pop up to tick rather than have to turn on the Internet Security App to go to Firewall, or can the IS App be set to come on after a restart, I have been using AVG VPN for over 2 years now and Ultimate and Tune Up for a lot longer but since a update a few days ago haven't had any issues, at least after Ameer had a look at my screen on one computer the other day the VPN is now switching on after a reboot because on network there is a box ticked that stops it, I knew I hadn't done it because I did a reset on a laptop and when I downloaded VPN that same box was ticked.
anyway thanks for the quick response.

Hello Michael,

We are here to clarify your request.
As you are using AVG Secure VPN, it will keep changing the IP address when ever you restart the PC. This is the reason why you are getting trusted network confirmation from AVG Firewall. As you know that, it's from AVG secure VPN, you need to add it in tursted network when ever you restart the PC. This is how both programs work. If you have any clarification, please do let us know.

since latest Ultimate update if I reboot any of my PCs the VPN doesn't open and I have to go to Internet Security App, open it go to Firewall and it asks if I trust the VPN, the daft thing that is also AVG it all came in one package, I know the VPN is ticked to open on restart, and it is the same on my other PCs, one is on Windows 11 the other 2 are on Windows 10.

Thanks to Ameer who found out on one of my laptops something was ticked what shouldn't have been and the same tick was on the VPN settings of the others for excluding Private Networks, I didn't tick anything but now they are working properly, must have happened in yesterdays update because they were OK before.
Thanks Hari, Dinesh and Ameer for sorting it.

Appreciate your efforts in working towards fixing the issue, Michael.
