Vpn not responding

Hi, i have purchase AVG and VPN for more than one account, i am trying to log in but it doesn't work ,it keep gives me loading and then ERROR 3.1.2002, i re downloaded it many times and still its same ,i called the help centre and everyone is sending me to another one and got no help . finally i sent an email and hopefully i can get an answer soon,
