VPN not starting at start-up when internet is active. Has to be switched on manually

Network security ; all boxes are ticked(ask me to  turn on the VPN when connected to the internet is ticked, but greyed out).
General settings ; both boxes ticked.
my internet is connected to the computer at start up.VPN does not.

Please check whether Exclude trusted network is enabled (in Network security). If enabled, please disable it & check if it helps.
