VPN not turning on

Hello 

I have installed the AVG Secure VPN. I clicked on the free-trial option as I'd like to test it. But then every time I click on the "off" button to turn it on, it does not work, keeps asking me to register (either for the free trial or the subscription). I am able to select location, but how can I get it to switch on?

Please let us know the operating system of your device in which you're experiencing this issue.
