I am sharing AVG Ultimate with my mom's laptop… I can turn on my VPN, but it will not turn on my mom's computer…

I can understand your concern. Please be informed that the AVG Secure VPN you have purchased can be used only in single computer at a time. You can either turn it on in your computer or your mom's computer. Please disable AVG Secure VPN in your computer and check if you are able to turn in on in your mom's computer.
