I am able to open the programme but that's all. Sorry I clicked on the image symbol and cannot get the screen picture to load. It simply says
VPN ran into a technical problem
Sorry AVG serucre VPN is not responding
Restart the servce.
Needless to say I have tried restrating the service MANY times, but without success

After the recent update prevented the VPN from working, I pressed Windows and R. Typed services.msc and brought up the various programmes. Clicked on restart for the VPN, allowed windows to run the programme, was told to restart the VPN and it just won't work! I seem to remember using this procedure before and it worked! Help please.
