VPN not working fully not hiding my location

Any one got another solution to my VPN problem. Not hiding my Location . I have tried all the solutions possible that AVG support has sent me?

We realize that your concern is that you aren't able to access BBC or ITV when UK is chosen in AVG Secure VPN as mentioned in this https://support.avg.com/answers?id=906b0000000E00b post.
We would like to know whether you chose Wonderland, UK and Glasgow servers in AVG Secure VPN and checked the status with BBC and ITV?
You can also try the locations available in P2P and Streaming of AVG Secure VPN settings.
