We're glad to look into this & help you. 
Initially, please clarify whether this happens when you're connected to a specific network or irrespective of networks such as wired, mobile hotspot, etc.
For better clarity, please share us the screenshot of AVG Secure VPN's interface that shows the virtual IP as NA. 
Meanwhile, please restart your device once & then try connecting to different server (location) in AVG Secure VPN to check if it helps.

Hello, I want to ask about my problem. So when I use AVG VPN it has no internet but when I don't use it it works normally. I was curious why it happened, I found out that the virtual ip that should exist, it just says this is N/A. Please help me. Thank You
