* I uninstalled AVG VPN
* I removed all avg folders
* Restart the pc
* Installed a new avg vpn and activate
* Same problem
* doesnot matter if i choose other vpn servers.

My name is Zbynek and I am a member of the senior technical team. I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with AVG Secure VPN.
I have carefully checked all the received diagnostic data, and AVG Secure VPN cannot connect to our servers. Regrettably, upon analyzing the data from VPN, I am not able to reproduce the situation.
I have also verified with the other teams and development and we do not observe a similar issue for other users of AVG Secure VPN, therefore it probably depends on the specific system environment and its configuration. Unfortunately, this is something that cannot be influenced from our end and the option would be to repair or reinstall your operating system to verify it. I am aware of how time-consuming this action would be.
Also, the issue might be caused by some internet connection disruption at your end. The issue could have various reasons e.g. DNS records, ISP blocking etc.

Before I received your email that the senior support is unable to resolve this problem, i can tell you that i used a new computer to find out if this problem also excist.
* Another Computer
* I formatted the harddisk
* I installed Windows 10 home
* I installed AVG anti virus
* I installed AVG VPN and activated it with my account.
* The problem is still the same:
* AVG VPN : you are offline
* I am NOT OFFLINE ....!
* Internet speed : download 40 mbps, upload 10 mbps
* ISP Skycable Philipines
* DNS 114.108.193.201 and 114.108.195.1
So since Februar 20, 2021 still NO AVG VPN

Answer from AVG technical support:
Our team has sent email that the connection to our servers is blocked.
I installed another VPN Program and its directly working properly.
So my provider did not block VPN.
