Paid for one year's VPN service up front a few months ago and half of the time it doesn't work. It's loaded on a Windows 7 PC with Comcast Xfinity direct cable service provider. What is the problem?
You can now again download the AVG Secure VPN from the VPN tile in your AVG Dashboard.
Install Secure VPN by following these steps:
1. Double-click the AVG icon on your desktop to open AVG management console (formerly known as AVG Zen).
2. Click the Secure VPN tile to install the program.
3. Click Try it free to start 30-day trial.
4. Click Yes to confirm installation. Restart your PC, if asked.
5. Click the OFF slider so that it changes to ON. Secure VPN drivers are installed.
Once installed, please check if you are facing the same issue again.
