VPN not working

Hi AVG

When I attempt to activate my VPN, it won't activate and I'm invited to purchase the product which I already did in December 2017 (a 1 year subscription). Therefore, my subscription renewal isn't due until December this year. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the product but to no avail. Please help.
