the info will not be any different…!

I received this notification that VPN has 
reached maximum connection.

The message states '
Sorry, your plan entitles you to only 1 connection at a time.
Please disconnect from another device, or upgrade your plan'


i have no other connection of which i know than this one and have no other devices on so how can i have reached my maximin of one when there is only one and i can not disconnect because im not connected.
so whats going on ive seen this question loads of times but no solution to fix it…!

I have my had VPN work on all my device for years, that is until today.
I received notification that it has reached maximum connection.
The message states 'Sorry, your plan entitles you to only 1 connection at a time.
Please disconnect from another device, or upgrade your plan'
i only have one device connected so how can disconnect it and it shows that its not connected…?
What's the problem?
it looks like your trying to get people to upgrade so you can make more money…!

We are aware of an issue where reactivation or reinstallation of an AVG product on the same device is considered as a second installation. 
It looks like you are experiencing this issue. We requested screenshot to escalate this issue to our senior technicians for a resolution.
