My VPN has never worked. I spoke to a IT representative he troubleshooted and even took over my screen to try and figure out why VPN was not working. I was told that I will be contacted once the issue has been resolved. I NEVER GOT CONTACTED BACK. Now I have a pop-up asking me if I want to renew VPN. No, I want a refund and an explanation on why VPN is not working.
