Please clarify whether you've changed the destination folder of AVG Secure VPN to E drive while installing & let us know what happens exactly while attempting to access AVG Secure VPN. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.

My laptop C drive is almost full (64GBeMMC). I thought to move NON windows programs to E drive. Now I cant get it to run from E. How do I solve this please?
