You may experience a slower internet connection when using AVG Secure VPN. This is because a VPN encrypts traffic and data before sending it to a server. Depending on the distance and capacity of the server, this process may cause a slightly slower, but safer, internet connection.
Check that your internet connection works when AVG Secure VPN is disconnected. If your internet connection is not working, check your network configuration.
Select a different AVG server location. Open AVG Secure VPN, then click Change location on the main application screen and select a location.
Select a different VPN protocol. Open AVG Secure VPN, and go to ☰ Menu ▸ Settings ▸ VPN protocols.

my vpn says i have no internet connection… but I do
I have tried restarting, changing to diff vpn locations and still nothing
any ideas please?
