This website blocks all users connected via VPN and we do not have any control over this.
You can try to change the location from VPN to nearby server and check if works.
I just paid for an upgrade of AVG to get a VPN so that my location is not visible.
It doesn't work cos when I tried to view BBC TV it noted that "It is not available to view at my location" (Outside UK). Order number 10404782710.
