Vpn not working

We regret to inform that VPN traffic is blocked due to local government restrictions in China. This is not an issue from our side.

I purchased this VPN today, followed all the instructions and tried on different devices but it says " Sorry unable to connect.

If I don't have a connection to my WiFi, my VPN will say 'sorry unable to connect.'. On occasion when it doesn't know my current location, it will also refuse to connect.

Have you tried to check this with different location?

Thank you for your prompt responses. I purchased this VPN because China was on the list when choosing my current location during the purchasing process. I kindly request a full refund as I paid for a year's subsciption and am still within the 30 day refund window. I kindly ask that China be removed from the current location listing during purchasing to prevent others from making the same error.
